DESIGN FILES :: A CONTEMPORARY PENTHOUSE

Unveiling light, contemporary interiors for the largest penthouse apartment we completed to date, We reimagined the empty vast spaced home into a relaxing vacation home in the heart of Dubai with this modern design.

Located in the top two floors of an iconic Emaar high rise, the expansive 6,977 square foot penthouse apartment boasts four bedrooms, three outdoor spaces and a 1,000 sq ft west-facing terrace with reaching views of the Dubai skyline from one end, and the Burj Khalifa & Downtown Dubai from the other, making it one of the largest residences to market in Dubai.

Taking a relaxing luxe approach to the project, We decided to break the rigidity of the architecture, by introducing curves in the finishes, applying them to layouts, patterns and textures throughout the apartment.

Equally inspired by the colours and structures from the overlooking views – the sea and Dubai's playful and upbeat type of modernism – the penthouse is artfully curated with furniture by Lexington, Bernhardt, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, CasaNove Furniture, Casalusso, Marina Home and indigo Living, alongside bespoke pieces we designed in-house. Elegant and luxe, we chose textiles and wall treatments that complement those designs.
